Alistair Cameron has over 40 years of experience in the sporting goods world. He is currently a Non exec director of Sportsshoes.com the largest performance running online retailer in Europe offering over 17000 products focused on running shoes, running clothing and outdoor gear. He is the former CEO of ASICS EMEA and Global Geographies responsible for all markets outside Japan and China where he more than doubled the business and aligned the Western consumers returning the USA to profitability and growth in the running. ASICS is the number one running brand in Europe and during his 10 year tenure the brand continued to strengthen their premium leadership in the industry and get more people running than ever before. Prior to ASICS he was Women’s Business unit director at CLARKS, after 7 years as MD for New Balance EMEA. His Sporting career started with a 10 year assignment with Speedo International where he was VP of Global Sales, with a stint as GF for the DACH region based in Dusseldorf.
