The Hosted Buyer Programme is for senior retail & e-commerce decision makers looking to connect with leading brands and uncover the latest innovations.
With limited space available on the IRX Hosted Buyer Programme, we recommend you register your interest to join the programme now and if you meet the criteria, you’ll be upgraded to Hosted Buyer status.

Who can apply?
To qualify, you must meet the following criteria:
- A multi-site retailer or a large online retailer
- A key decision maker with direct purchasing power
- In a senior buying or procurement role
- Actively sourcing new products & suppliers at IRX
What we ask for in return
- A genuine interest in sourcing products and meeting with suppliers
- To book a minimum of 5 meetings per day with exhibiting brands
- 4 weeks prior to IRX, hosted buyers are encoruaged to book their meetings with relevant exhibitors through the IRX show app
- Attend IRX for both show days and for the full show hours
- Take part in brand activations of interest and engage with the IRX Athletes & Influencers
