Esther heads up the Women's Running brand, which includes a magazine, a podcast, and a social and digital ecosystem. Esther uses the Women's Running platform to elevate the journeys of ordinary women achieving extraordinary things; and firmly believes that encouraging more women to run not only benefits our collective physical and mental health, but global society as a whole. She has garnered several awards during her tenure, including an award for Diversity & Inclusivity from the British Society of Magazine Editors, twice winning editor of the year at the PPA Independent Publishers Association, and has won the Best Podcast of the Year award a record five times in a row from the same organisation.
