In just three weeks, the business side of the running world heads to RAI Amsterdam as the International Running Expo (IRX) 2026 returns from November 4–5. Organised by Raccoon Media Group, the multi-day event is built for one thing: helping brands, retailers, athletes and race directors connect and grow.
IRX will feature a comprehensive line-up of industry leaders, welcoming over 150 leading brands. Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with pioneering endurance and sports tech companies, including COROS, Fenix, injinji, Nike Vision, and OOFOS.
The event highlights innovation across performance apparel, nutrition, and lifestyle gear, featuring showcases from OTSO, Precision Fuel & Hydration, Red Bull SPECT, Science in Sport, Salomon and SCOTT Sports. Rounding out the collection of exhibitors are Shokz, SunGod, Suunto, Tailwind, Under Armour, VÅGA Europe, and Wahoo, making this an epicentre for the latest industry developments.
The newly unveiled International Running Expo (IRX) agenda features an impressive array of executives from industry heavyweights, including Brooks, COROS, parkrun, Up & Running, UTMB Group, and World Athletics. The two-day event will also host global athletic icons, including seven-time Olympic Champion Allyson Felix, Olympic gold medallist triathlete Alex Yee, and two-time 200m World Champion Dafne Schippers.
A standout highlight of this year’s programme is an exclusive private screening of The Hillbilly Scientist, the only authorised documentary profiling Gary "Lazarus Lake" Cantrell—the mastermind behind the infamous Barkley Marathons.
Moving away from the traditional trade show format, IRX delivers a dynamic curated mix of expert-led panels, live podcasts, fireside chats and industry-focused workshops. The business sessions are tailored specifically for running professionals, offering a deep dive into the market drivers shaping the sector to provide actionable insights for the future.
The event blends serious business with actual running culture. Attendees can immerse themselves in a variety of unique sessions, including the Precision Fuel & Hydration dedicated indoor track, a community Strava Art run, and wellness sessions - featuring breathwork, yoga, and meditation - led by Balance Breathing. Participants can also take part in a training clinic led by Dafne Schippers. Networking continues long after the exhibition floor closes, featuring a vibrant mix of late-night sessions and the iconic official afterparty at Escape Amsterdam.
To save attendees time and budget, IRX 2026 is co-located with ISPO - the flagship event for the global sports industry. A single ticket grants access to both shows – allowing you to use the shared infrastructure, explore crossovers into the broader fitness market, and source new gear across multiple exhibition halls.
Final exhibition slots are now open for brands looking to showcase at IRX 2026. Delegate registration also remains open for industry professionals eager to attend the year's premier running sector summit. Check out our 'Top 10 Reasons' to join us!
