After a successful first year at the International Running Expo, Eurobottle is returning to Amsterdam with new products to share. We caught up with the Netherlands-based sports bottle manufacturer to find out what made them want to return and what buyers can look forward to discovering at IRX 2026.
1. You’re returning to the International Running Expo this year – what made you want to come back?
Last year was the first time of IRX, and we were genuinely surprised by the experience. We met existing customers whom we had worked with but never met in person, and we did not even know they would be attending. We also made valuable new connections, welcomed new customers and created exciting business opportunities. Combined with the relaxed and friendly atmosphere, returning this year was an easy decision.
2. What are you most looking forward to about being back at IRX?
We are most looking forward to meeting customers again and connecting with more people from across the sports and running industry. Face-to-face conversations always bring new ideas and opportunities, and IRX is a great place for that.
3. What can visitors and buyers expect to discover on the Eurobottle stand this year?
Visitors can discover our complete range of sustainable, bio-based sports bottles, produced locally in the Netherlands. We will also be presenting several new products, including our new Squeeze Valve Cap – a practical option for athletes who need quick and easy hydration on the move, making it particularly suitable for running, cycling and triathlon.
4. Are there any new products, launches or innovations you’ll be showcasing that visitors should look out for?
Absolutely! This year, we will showcase our new Squeeze Valve Cap and our new 550 ml shaker.
The Squeeze Valve Cap allows athletes to drink quickly without having to pull open or close the cap. It uses a TPE valve instead of silicone, helping us maintain the recyclability of the product. It is an ideal solution for running, cycling, triathlon and other high-intensity sports.
Our new shaker is made in the Netherlands from bio-based PE and has been designed for sports nutrition and an active lifestyle. It includes a mixing mesh, is reusable and fully recyclable, and can be customised in a variety of colour combinations and with branded printing.
5. Why should buyers make sure they stop by the Eurobottle stand at IRX?
To have a lovely chat! We are always happy to discuss new ideas, sustainability, custom-made bottle concepts or simply what is happening in the sports industry. And, of course, visitors can be among the first to see and try our latest products in person.
